Getting your products ordered and in production is key for our streamlined production process that ensures you waste little time and money. Here we will provide a quick run through of our artwork approval process so you can get your products to production as fast as possible.
Note: It is best to ensure that an artwork approver has been designated before beginning this process or creating new products. An artwork approver can be added through the account settings in your account.
Please refer to our guide if you need help with adding an Artwork Approver to your account.
Uploading Your Artwork
All artwork should be uploaded in the Customer Files section when creating or editing a product. Note that while initially uploading artwork is not required for creating a product and getting a quote for a job, it is a required step for order creation. It is recommended you do this before placing an order to save time. Please refer to our guide for help in creating a product.
After Artwork has been uploaded and submitted, our artwork department will then take the art you supplied and place it into a template.
The templates we use are specifically made to ensure it fits our booklet and label printing standards.
Artwork Approval
Once the artwork has been placed in its proper template by our graphics artists a proof is uploaded to your product listing, and then sent back to you or your designated Artwork Approver for approval via email. You or your team will have the chance to review and request any revisions to the artwork.
The email serves as a confirmation that we are now waiting on your approval, but we also will have the proofs attached for your convenience. You can also view the proofs (and all historical proofs) for your product in your product listing within your account.
Keep in mind that production does not start until artwork has been finalized and approved by you.
When the Artwork Approver reviews the proofs and is ready to approve, they can simply click the "Click to Approve" button in the email. The product will now be ready to order and begin production where you can easily keep track of its status.
