You can view your orders and see their current status at anytime within your account. To make things easier, you will be taken to your Orders page as soon as you sign into your account. You can also reach it by clicking the link below.

Your Order Status
Within your Orders page you will see each order that has been placed, along with information like its PO number, name, and Estimated Ready Date. You can also access each order individually by clicking on the blue order numbers.
You have the ability to view the current status of your orders in two ways: by looking at the simple status or the production status timeline. The colored timeline provides a more detailed look at which stage it is in the production process.
Each stage of the production process will be represented with a simple color scale:
- Green = this part of the process is complete.
- Yellow = this part of the process is currently being worked on.
- Red = this part of the process has yet to be reached.
Label Status
For single labels, you will notice that the tracker is a little more simple. This is because the process is linear and more straightforward compared to booklet printing.
In the timeline above you can see the labels have been printed and that they are currently in the Finishing stage where we add a lamination to them. The next step in the production stage, QC | Rewind, is where we will perform our last quality check as we rewind the labels into their proper position on a core.
Once that is done, the labels will be complete and ready for shipping.
Booklet Status
Creating booklets is a different process. We combine the booklet process with label printing, except here the labels are known as “Base Labels”.
In the timeline above you can see the first step in the tracker in the production stage is the Sheets step. This is where the pages of the booklet are currently being printed. Once those pages are printed they will then move onto the Signatures stage. This is where we fold and bind the booklets precisely and prepare them for the Finishing stage.
Note that the next step in the tracker is the Labels stage. Here you will see that the base labels have been printed which is typically the first thing that is completed in this production stage, which is why this one is already green.
In the finishing stage we combine the booklet to the base label while laminating them both to bind them together. Once that is done, we will then move onto the QC | Rewind stage where we will perform our last quality check as we rewind them into their proper position on a core.
After that, the booklet labels will be complete and ready for shipping.
