Automatic PS Label Applicator

The Biotef Label Applicator is ready for the most demanding jobs. Our universal label machine is certified for front/back/round pressure sensitive label application on containers from 1oz up to 2.5 Gallons.

The Biotef Label Applicator is designed with flexibility in mind and will work for many different markets, including industrial & agricultural chemicals, health & beauty products, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals & nutraceuticals, and many more.

Spacers are controlled by an independent servo motor and adjustable around a 6" belt.

Bigger is better with a 14" platter for larger label rolls and less changeover.

A 6mm wide label sensor allows for thicker labels than standard label applicators.

An independent servo motor drives the upgraded 18 inch belt for operational flexibility.

A manual belt adjuster allows operators to raise the drive height for various bottles.

An independent servo motor runs the top drive; belts can be set to different speeds.
